The whole policy
Write to support@podocut.com within 14 days of buying and ask for a refund. We will refund the $100 in full, to the payment method you used.
You do not have to give a reason. You will not be asked to sit through an offer to stay, and nobody will try to talk you out of it.
How to ask
One email, from the address you bought with, saying you would like a refund. That is enough for us to find the order. If you write from a different address, include the PayPal order reference from your licence email.
We aim to process it the same day and always within three working days. PayPal then takes its own time to return the money to your account — usually a few days, sometimes longer for a card.
What happens to the licence
It stops working. When a refund is issued the licence is withdrawn, and PodoCut will sign out on the machines it is installed on the next time they check in. Uninstall it from Windows settings when you are done.
Timelines PodoCut already produced are yours and stay yours. Nothing is removed from your projects.
Why we do it this way
A trial that cuts a watermark into your edit, or stops after five minutes, does not tell you whether the tool works on your footage — which is the only question that matters. So you get the whole thing, and if it turns out your setup is not one it handles well, you are not out of pocket for finding that out.
If the reason is something we can fix, we would rather fix it. But that is your choice to make, not a condition of the refund.
After 14 days
The window has closed, but write to us anyway. If PodoCut is broken in a way we have not fixed, or it does something we said it would not, we will make it right. That is a promise about faults, not a permanent returns policy.
If you are on a Mac
Do not buy yet. PodoCut runs on Windows; the macOS build is still in development, and a licence bought today will not run on your machine. This is the exact purchase the refund policy exists to prevent, so we would rather stop it happening than process it afterwards.
Statutory rights
If you are a consumer, this policy is in addition to your rights under the law, not instead of them. Nothing here takes those away.
